We are proud to have many veterans working with us and among us at Cannistraro and on job sites all over New England. We proudly waved flags in your honor this weekend.

At the 150 Second Street project in Cambridge, MA, Cannistraro is utilizing a substantial amount of prefabrication. We often emphasize the importance of collaboration in the construction industry. The ability to collaborate starts in the office, with the interactions with one's colleagues and coworkers. Earlier this spring, Cannistraro employees gathered at Boston's own Harpoon Brewery for an after-work tasting event. The company believes strongly in the concepts of team building and employee camaraderie.

Last Friday we shared an interesting photo of a large prefabricated assembly outside of the Cannistraro Fab Shop. That individual assembly, and hundreds of others just like it, make up 13 truckloads of prefabricated piping that is ready for just-in-time delivery and installation. It seems fitting that these assemblies will serve as the mechanical infrastructure for a major building in Boston's new "Innovation District."

In honor of this achievement, an additional thank you is in order to all those who participated, including the project team shown in today's photo.
